Alicja Urbanowicz – is a conductor, organist, and a professor of piano, and music theory. The creator and conductor of the big band Orchestra Wrzesniak Glassworks. She conducts an active concert activity as a pianist, accompanist and church organist. She is the recipient of the "Teacher of the Year" prestigious award from the Music Education and Animation Association in Warsaw for her extraordinary achievements and contribution to music education and culture.
