Born in 1988 in Candelaria, Caracas, in a Baptist working mid-class family, Elias was involved with music from an early stage. With both of his parents playing and singing at the baptist church, Elias took his first steps in music at the age of 5 as an accompanying singer for his father's songs. He formally started studying in the local music school at the age of 9. Elias excelled in music history and theory, in harmony, French horn, piano, and violin. Later on, he would enter the first Caracas music university: "IUDEM," where he studied composition. Elias also studied Philosophy at the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). He works as an arranger for many different music groups in Venezuela, Colombia, Germany, Mexico, and the USA. Today at Jellynote, we will enjoy his transcripts, original arrangements, and pedagogical sheet music.
